New tenant announcement: Fish N Flips Swim School and Lighten Up Yoga Studio
We are delighted to share Fish N Flips Swim School and Lighten Up Studio will soon be joining the evolving tenant mix at Fairfield & Co.
As the first City Venue Management location in Far North Queensland and only the second Fish N Flips site nationally, swim school will be an exclusive to the Centre.
Fish and Flips will offer a wide range of education programs including Baby Bonding classes for children as young as four months old, to the Mini Masters Program for adolescents.
Townsville residents can look forward to facilities including a main teaching pool, change rooms, showers, a small retail space, and a relaxation area for parents to use whilst watching their children’s lessons.
Fairfield & Co’s Lighten Up Studio will be the businesses’ third studio in Queensland, bringing their unique and mindful movement to Townsville’s south.
With existing studios in the city and on the Gold Coast, Lighten Up is fast gaining a reputation for providing high quality yoga, Pilates and barre classes in a calming, welcoming and non-judgemental environment.
Lighten Up Studio was the first to offer yoga teacher training in Townsville and will continue to offer this service at their Fairfield and Co location. Additionally, the studio will also run off-site yoga retreats, providing guests the opportunity to unwind and re-centre, with the first planned for later this year.
Both Fish N Flips and Lighten Up Studio are expected to open in July 2022 and will bring much needed experiential and lifestyle offerings to the local Idalia area.
