Lighten Up Studio Beginner Pilates Course | Starting 17th February

This 4-week workshop will explore the Principles of the Pilates Method by working through the Fundamental Exercises. Explore concepts such as breath, posture and alignment, stability vs. mobility, and centring through the core.

The Fundamentals will become the building blocks of your Pilates foundation and further practice. By the end of the workshop, you’ll gain a new insight and understanding into Pilates’s mind-body and holistic approach with new confidence in your movement practice.

6.00pm – 7:00pm Monday February 17th – Week 1

6.00pm – 7:00pm Monday February 24th – Week 2

6.00pm – 7:00pm Monday March 3rd – Week 3

6.00pm – 7:00pm Monday March 10th – Week 4
